We determine your goals using a written exercise prior to you commencing the program. We then unpack and explore your goals and get a clearer picture during each session. Each session is recorded and you will be sent a summary, the next action steps within 24 hours of your session.

All coaching sessions are tailored to your current needs. For best results, we recommend starting with weekly sessions for the first three months, then transitioning to bi-weekly sessions. Ultimately, your progress depends on the number of sessions you choose and the time, effort, and financial resources you are able to commit between sessions.

You can expect to feel energized and revitalized after the early morning walking session. You will be ready to go out and take some action steps immediately after each session that move you closer towards your pre-determined business goals.

The pace is determined by what you are comfortable with. It is a comfortable walking talking pace that we aim for.

All sessions are one hour long.

You may book a coaching session either live or in person whichever you prefer. At times, I may be travelling and there may be an online-only option.
